TITLE Tips: Lunch Break Workout Must-Haves

Squeezing in a challenging workout over your lunch break requires some pre-planning, but it’s a great way to up your energy and power through your day like a boss. We all know that a TITLE Boxing club workout is intense, and really gets the sweat going, so we’re sharing some of our go-to post workout faves with you. They’ll help you freshen up and get back to your day as quickly as possible.

  1. Workout Bag
    You’ll want to pack your bag the night before in order to be as prepared as possible, and to avoid making excuses.
  2. Gloves
    Don’t forget to pack your gloves. When you take your first class you can wear gloves that are provided for you, but you’ll want to purchase your own in the performance store located inside your preferred TITLE Boxing Club location. We love gloves with a pop of color.
  3. Protein Bar (or your favorite quick post-workout snack)
    After exercise, your body needs protein to recover. Eating the right protein after a workout provides amino acids to muscles, which are necessary for repair and growth.
  4. Water Bottle
    This goes without saying, but make sure you’re hydrating before, during, and after your class. We like to aim for a glass an hour whenever possible, and have found that carrying a pretty water bottle helps with staying on track.
  5. Body Spray
    Sometimes there’s no time for a post-workout shower. This is where a good refreshing body spray comes into play. We recommend that you pick one with a light, clean scent. You’ll smell so good no one will ever be able to guess that you just crushed some major calories.
  6. Deodorant
    We don’t think we need to elaborate on this one any further.
  7. Dry Shampoo
    This is one of our very favorite post-workout beauty products. Give your roots a spray for a lovely scent and a quick refresh until your next shampoo.
  8. Brush
    After you dry shampoo, run the brush through your hair for best results.
  9. Hair tie
    Our favorite “no dent” hair ties do a great job keeping your hair away from your face during class, and when you remove them they leave (you guessed it) no dent. So handy!
  10. Powder + Brush Combo
    If you’re into the natural makeup look, brush on a bit of powder after you cleanse your face. This will help conceal any shine and leave you feeling refreshed.
  11. Lip Balm
    A little balm in a nude shade will help you feel polished while also bringing moisture back into your lips. These wipes are so handy!
  12. Cleansing Facial Wipes
    These wipes are so handy! Just a few swipes across the face leaves your skin fresh and clean. They are pretty affordable and perfect on the go.
  13. TITLE Hand Wraps Wrapping your hands properly is important because it helps you avoid nasty knuckle scrapes and hand or wrist injuries from whacking the heavy bag. We require it before any workout, so don’t forget to pack the wraps. If you do happen to forget them, no worries, we always sell them in the club. PS.   14. Cosmetic Bag
    You’ll want a cute bag to hold your favorite post-workout beauty basics. Keeping everything organized will help you get from the club back to your routine in a hurry.
