Sean
I am 32 years old born in Manhattan, New York and I was mostly raised in Orlando, Florida. I started training and competed Tai Kwon Do for 6 years at a young age all while doing other sports like basketball, baseball, soccer, and boxing. In high school I weighed 210 pounds, while playing football for three years, and lost 50 lbs while transitioning into wrestling for two years. Since I have lost weight, I was bench pressing over 300 lbs and squatted over 500 lbs, because I was a 5’7 170 pound offensive lineman with quick feet. Once I have graduated high school, I was going through difficult health and mental issues with Crohn’s Disease for 5 long years, all throughout trying to figure out what was wrong with my body. Since then, I have build my own strength throughout my tough long years, by accepting my disease and changing my own thoughts. I have started training MMA for my physical and mental health, in addition I have started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, MuayTai, Boxing, and Aikido. Now I am undefeated in MMA, and 2017 Florida State Champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, while managing my Crohn’s Disease.
My personal mantra:
Success Loves Preparation
My training style is:
Fun, Energetic, and Technical with the exercises to avoid injuries.
My why:
I want to help, build, and encourage others to improve their own mental and physical health, as well as find there own strength that is beyond their own limited beliefs.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Managing my own health with Crohn's Disease is an everyday lifestyle. We must fight for our own health, because without it, we cannot enjoy nor value the most important things in our own life.
