Between each round, we’ll keep your mind and your body engaged with a 1-minute active rest period. You can challenge yourself and push your limits during this period, or you can take a quick water break and jump right into the next round. Whatever you need to do – this time is for you. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, try adding lower body exercises between the rounds of hitting the heavy bag!
You’ll wrap up your full-body boxing workout with the hardest, most sculpting portion of our class – Core & Cool Down. Through this part of your boxing class, our trainers will lead you in a strengthening and toning abdominal workout that is designed to define your core. Finish your boxing class strong by using our weighted medicine balls to do a variety of exercises that target your abs and give your body that final burn.
