Trainer/Staff Bio
I’ve been training martial arts my whole life. It began fighting invisible ‘bad guys’ with sticks I found on the ground at age 4, and continued on when I found my first true love: wrestling. It was the first activity where I had ever felt like I could truly express myself. I loved the efficiency of movement, the implementation of strategy and game plan, and pushing myself to my physical and mental extremes. After Highschool I branched out into other combat sports, picking up boxing, jiujisu, and muay Thai. I have competed in over 200 wrestling matches, 40 jiujitsu matches, 8 muay Thai fights and 3 MMA fights. I have always had a passion for teaching and I am extremely excited to learn and to share with everyone at TITLE Boxing Club!
My personal mantra
Never be afraid to look silly when you are pushing yourself out of your comfort zone
My training style is:
connected
My why:
One more step in my attempt to find a place in this silly little world
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I grew up playing a lot of strategy video games, and I was always a rough-houser growing up. Combat sports is basically just a synthesis of the two.

Trainer/Staff Bio
People always ask me about my name, “Milan”. My parents moved here in March of 1999 from Ex Yugoslavia and had me that July. I grew up in Roseville speaking English and Serbo-Croatian. Growing up this way I always felt out of the ordinary compared to other kids. I grew up always being a big kid and got even bigger as I got into adulthood. In 2020, I decided to start taking my health a lot more seriously and lost 140 pounds and counting. I started boxing in the Fall of 2012 at Uppercut boxing gym in Northeast Minneapolis. I never enjoyed team activities/sports all to much so I needed a sport that required self reliance and boxing was the one to do it for me. I was there for years until they closed down and then I went on my own.
My personal mantra
To push past my limits.
My training style is:
energetic
My why:
To be the absolute best possible man I can be.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My Dog, Lady.

I love to travel and have been to over 15 countries! My favorite food is Pho and I can juggle knives and torches.

Seek discomfort
My training style is:

My why:

What gives me my fighting spirit:
Seeing others wanting a change

I’m Josie, and I absolutely love everything about the boxing workout! After I found TITLE, I seriously don’t know what I’d do without it. I’ve always been a runner and dabbled in lifting weights, but nothing is as exhilarating as a KO!
I have 3 teenagers, 2 still at home, 1 on her own. I love to spend time with my family, watch baseball, dance and travel. My husband and I try to travel twice a year. My favorite things are red wine, coffee with cream, and meals I don’t have to cook!
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and I am taking new clients!
My personal mantra
Be Above Average, Every day.
My training style is:
authentic
My why:
My mental health...exercise is a proven method for treating anxiety and depression. Training is not just for the body; it also allows our minds and souls to be healthy and strong.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Seeing a client reach a goal!

My personal mantra
I may have been weak when I was younger, but every day I try and never quit to be stronger; now I shall fight and lose no longer - Yeng Xiong

Welcome to TITLE Arden Hills! I’m coach Kelly Murray. I have been boxing and kickboxing for 7+ years and instructing for 5+ years. I started boxing to get back in shape after having my second child and I was hooked for life. Not only does boxing promote physical health but it can dramatically affect your mental well-being. Trust me, because I am living proof. Just as there is “A time to heal… A time to laugh… A time to dance…” there is a time to BOX!
Outside the gym, you can find me with my amazing husband of 12 years, our two energetic kids, and two rescue dogs. I’m a New York native who’s not afraid to be loud and fight for what I want. A few of my favorite things include a good impromptu dance party, Kelly Clarkson breakup songs from the early 2000s, and kicking these heavy bags!
My personal mantra
Yes. You. Can.
My training style is:
authentic
My why:
Why? Why not?
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My family.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Originally from Milwaukee before I moved to the Twin Cities area. I have always played sports and love to compete. I took up boxing in 2018 with a couple of friends and found passion to learn and develop. Ever since that day I’ve been active and learning the ‘Sweet Science’ of boxing and am looking forward to continuing to grow!
My personal mantra
Can't control how the cards are dealt to me, but I can control how I play them!
My training style is:
Authentic
My why:
I hate losing more than I like winning. I want to challenge myself and be the best Marvin I can be.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Comes from the work ethic instilled in me by my grandparents. Don't give up and push through. It's not where you start, but where you finish.

What’s up guys! My full name is Sabas Faz Carreon. I have a little princess that I love very much and was born 2-18-18 (you can calculate how old she is. Lol). I enjoy the outdoors and fall is my season. I was fortunate enough to walk through Title boxing Arden hills at the beginning of 2017. Throughout my teens I did multiple Combat and MMA sports from Karate (1 year), wrestling (1 year) Kickboxing (1 year), but none compared to boxing. I love coaching and helping individuals meet, achieve, and surpass any goals they have inside the gym and outside the gym. I like, nah let me reword that, I love Title Boxing Arden Hills just because it hits different. It is not your typical gym, it’s a gym where you feel at home, welcomed, motivated, excited, pumped, and simply good vibes all around. Yo, lets hit it hard together!
My personal mantra
If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse. - Dwayne Johnson
My training style is:
Heart
My why:
Boxing gives me that rush of endorphins, an incredible high of accomplishment, joy, happiness and excitement. It's my outlet for all negativity, stress and that couldy foggy mindset. My input as well of positive vibes and energy.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My daughter. My family. The hunger and craving of becoming the greatest version of myself.

Trainer/Staff Bio
My personal mantra

What gives me my fighting spirit:
No one/nothing "gives" it to me, it's my responsibility to cultivate it. I'm alive, I'm present and am not preparing a "plan b."
