Nick has been playing sports for as long as he can remember. He started soccer when he was 5, and moved around and played everything: tee-ball, tennis, hockey, basketball, gymnastics, cross-country and swimming. However, He always trained in martial arts, and it’s always been his favorite. In 2015 Nick defeated the #1 fighter in his age group in Japan, with his favorite technique. He is a certified personal trainer, studying Physical Education at the University of North Georgia.
My personal mantra: Fall down seven times stand up eight!
My training style is: Authentic
My why: I became a TITLE Boxing trainer because fitness and martial arts has had a huge positive impact on my life and who I am, and I want to share that impact with others.
What gives me my fighting spirit: Mediocrity, the idea that I was made for and with a purpose. I want to live up to my full potential.
Rick has excelled in a multitude of athletic endeavors starting from a young age. Football and basketball were on the yearly rotation, but baseball was an area of specialty. He was twice scouted by the Cincinnati Reds as a catcher, but he opted to concentrate on his studies at Wake Forest University (undergrad) and the University of Colorado (Masters). Along the way, he has picked up significant experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, with some Aiki Jujitsu, Judo, and wrestling mixed in. He is excited to bring his unique blend of a positive attitude, high energy training, and a fitness mindset to TITLE Boxing Club.
My personal mantra: Fall down seven times, stand up eight.
My training style is: Heart
My why: TITLE Boxing Club suits my style perfectly. It’s a place where you can put on a great sweat but also get to know the members. It’s not just a fitness establishment, it’s a community.
What gives me my fighting spirit: For me, the fighting spirit is a journey, not a destination. And while it may suggest a pugilistic approach to daily life, it’s actually a daily renewal that brings a calming resolve. It says, “life brings blessings, life brings challenges, but I’ll remain standing through them all.
Bryan is no stranger when it comes to the sports world. He started playing and competing in sports at an early age. He accepted a full athletic scholarship to Penn State University to play football and was selected in the 2003 NFL Draft in the 2nd Round by the Atlanta Falcons. Bryan played a total of 10 Seasons for the Falcons, Saints, and Bills. The same passion that he played the game with is channeled into every single class he teaches.
My personal mantra: Make it Great and Pass it Forward
My training style is: Energetic
My why: I have been blessed with the presence of incredibly positive people around me my entire life. In their individual ways, they have been my source of motivation, support and creativity. I find great value in that. In return, I always wanted to create that same value for those who did not have it, or simply share it with those who could benefit. Instead of just wishing the best for others, this is my opportunity to provide that platform.
What gives me my fighting spirit: Family and Friends.... to continually make them proud :)
Tim was on a mental and physical path of destruction before dedicating his life to health and fitness. That dedication helped him to lose over 100 pounds. He now runs in several races and has been a top finisher.
My personal mantra: Apply pressure.
My training style is: Heart
My why: To provide a source of support and love for people who are looking to embark on the same fitness journey as me.
What gives me my fighting spirit: I attack everything in life with the same energy, passion and enthusiasm.
Gina started at TITLE Boxing Club several years ago as a member. For Gina, TITLE isn’t about the perfect weight or the perfect body, although boxing helps achieve those goals. Boxing is about feeling strong, being strong. It’s about feeling empowered and confident. Her classes are about challenging yourself both mentally and physically. She focuses on the core of your body so that every punch you throw sends out strength and energy, from the balls of your feet to the ends of your knuckles.
“I want you to walk away knowing that you left everything you had on that bag. Internally you know that you rose to the occasion and succeeded with challenging yourself.”- Gina R.
My personal mantra: Never Stop Challenging Yourself
My training style is: Connected
My why: Boxing offered a new skill for me, and sharing that with others makes me feel good.
What gives me my fighting spirit: My son and daughter, they inspire me.
Anthony is a three-time Golden Glove Boxing Champion, a Certified Personal Trainer (strength, speed, agility and conditioning), and a Nationally Certified & Licensed Massage Therapist.
My personal mantra: No Challenge, No Change
My training style is: Transformative
My why: I wanted to share my knowledge of boxing, and see people succeed at their goals.
What gives me my fighting spirit: My Family. Everyday I strive to give them the best life possible.

Our Club Leadership
Bryan is a fun-loving, out-going, passionate individual, who loves to see people succeed. Bryan signed on as a TITLE Boxing Club Franchisee, in December of 2014, and has brought a fresh, high energy, yet welcoming, family atmosphere to the Club.
He fell in love with boxing while using it to stay in shape in for upcoming NFL seasons. He played 10 years with the Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints, and the Buffalo Bills.
I’ve heard the classes are intense; do I need to be in great shape to do the workouts?
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out in a while or have never boxed before, you can finish the workout feeling great! You’ll see that everyone goes at their own pace, but believe us that once you’re here, you’ll be inspired to give it your very best!
I don’t want to get hit; is this a contact workout?
No—not ever! Each person in class has their own heavy bag to workout on, plus their own space to move around the bag. Trust us, you won’t even realize anyone else is in the class because you’ll be so focused on the workout! And, rest easy, we never allow sparring or fighting at TITLE Boxing Club.
What makes TITLE different than other fitness studios?
Boxing is a great workout, perhaps one of the most challenging of all sports, and we want to bring you the intensity of the training, minus the impact. We’ll teach you how to roll with the punches by pushing you further than you thought possible.
I’m new to boxing; will someone show me the basics?
You bet! All of our classes are taught by instructors who will show you the ropes from the beginning. We’ll help you wrap your hands and walk you through the basic fundamentals. Everyone in class is at a different level, so take a deep breath and go at your own pace!
Can I bring my children with me?
We do not offer childcare services at TITLE Boxing Club. However, children over the age of eight are welcome to work out with you here and join as a member! Ask us about our Family Membership options.
What do I need to bring to class? How early do I need to arrive?
Hand wraps are essential for your protection and mandatory for class. You can bring your own or buy them here. We’ll have gloves for you to borrow your first time, and you might want to bring a bottle of water and towel! Plan on arriving 20 minutes early so we can get you settled and wrap your hands.
I’ve never hit anything before. Will I hurt myself?
For a beginner, the most important thing is to learn the proper form. The good news is that we’ll teach you! As you progress, you’ll be able to throw several variations of punches from different positions and develop your own punching technique to fit your style. People are usually surprised at how much they love hitting the heavy bag!
Can I try a class before joining?
Of course you can take classes before purchasing a membership. We have drop-in rates for single classes, three or six classes. These are great for people who travel often or want to try us out. You can choose our best value option and commit to a membership any time.
Do you have showers?
We do have a private shower for you to clean up after your workout and please bring any essentials you may need!
