“From a size 14 to a size 8 & the journey continues…”

My weight and confidence have been a rollercoaster ever since I can remember. Every diet on the books I have tried and some were a success but only up to when I couldn’t keep up with the food restrictions or excessive exercises. November 2015 my life changed.
I took my first class and immediately knew this was for me. Of course after the first few classes I had to roll out of bed because of how sore I was, but I had a good feeling about this. Trying something new is always intimidating but I felt welcomed since the very start which helped ease my nerves. January 1st I became a member and I have not doubted the value of the investment I made towards my health. I have lost 22 pounds since joining and went down from a 14 jean size to an 8. I don’t remember the last time I was a single digit jean size. Just last year I was 206 pounds, for someone who is 5’2 that is not an ideal or healthy weight. Being able to keep the weight off has been very exciting because that is not something I’ve been able to do until now.
There was a point in my life that I limited myself to a 500 calorie intake and would work out for 3 hours daily. Yes, I went down to 125 pounds but it didn’t take very long for me to crash. I was not healthy and I gained back the weight and some.
TITLE has given me the guidance I have always looked for. The 1 hour boxing or kickboxing classes are always full of energy and give you the workout you need. 110% is what is expected of you and rest assured the trainers know what that looks like because they know their members on a more personal level than a normal gym would. TITLE and everything it stands for have helped me regain my confidence and motivation to strive towards a better me each day.
All staff, trainers and both owners are incredible human beings and have all played a special role in my ongoing journey. They treat my successes as their own and assure me that I am not alone. I not only feel better of my appearance but also of myself as a person. Everyone’s willingness to help one another makes me want to be a better person on a daily. This is only the beginning of my journey and I am excited to see what the future has in store for me.
